A: Please tell us the model of the excavator or provide accessory data, we will provide drawings or measure the physical dimensions and confirm with you.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: It depends on what kind of product you buy. If it is a regular product and we have it in stock, there is no need for MOQ
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 10 days if the goods are in stock. Or 20-30 days if not in stock. If it is customized, it will be confirmed according to the order.
Q: How about quality control?
A: We have excellent testers who check each piece to ensure good quality and check whether the quantity is correct before shipping and send you photos or videos for confirmation.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: T/T or L/C. Other terms can also be negotiated. T/T 40% as deposit, 60% before delivery, trade terms are CIF, CFR, FOB, etc.
